Loyalty program

Slappcard Loyalty Program

You order a pack, we print your cards, and the cards are already part of the program. When someone scans your card and that artist completes their first pack order, you earn a flat commission: $10.00 for a QR Pack, $15.00 for a Metallic Pack, $20.00 for a Boss Pack.

Each pack in a referred artist's first completed order pays its published rate; their later orders pay nothing. A commission stays pending for 30 days, then becomes final and payable.

01 / Already included

Your cards are already in the program

Nothing is waiting on you. Your cards join the program on our side, at the printer, before the box is even packed.

A /

Included from the start

You order a pack, we print your cards, and the cards are already part of the program, under the artist who ordered them. There is nothing to switch on, no form to fill in, and no tracking code to paste anywhere.

B /

Automatic, and nothing to opt into

Every card you sell is already linked to your loyalty account. When someone scans it they get your music exactly as before, and the visit is credited to you. No banner, no code to type, and nothing extra for the fan to do.

C /

Money you can see

Your code belongs to your artist account, so your commission shows up in your own dashboard rather than with a third-party network. Each pack publishes its own rate, and a pack promoted on a share is worked out on what its buyer actually paid.

02 / How it works

Four steps, only the first one is yours

You order the cards once. From then on the program runs itself: the card carries your code, the scan saves it, and the first pack that artist buys pays you.

01 · You

Order your pack

Your cards are printed and added under your account automatically. There is nothing to switch on and no code to paste anywhere.

02 · Someone scans

Your card gets scanned

Every card you sell is already linked to your account. When someone taps or scans it they land on your page and hear your music, and the visit is credited to you automatically.

03 · They buy

Their first pack

The artist you referred checks out. The day their first pack is paid, your commission is recorded as pending, and the 30 days start.

04 · We pay

You get your money

Once the purchase has stood for 30 days your commission becomes final, and we owe it to you. Your dashboard shows the artist, the pack and the amount, then we transfer it by hand and mark the entry paid.

03 / The money

What you earn

One rate per pack, set by the pack the referred artist buys: the flat amount shown, or a share of the pack's own price.

Each pack in a referred artist's first completed order pays its published rate; their later orders pay nothing. A commission stays pending for 30 days, then becomes final and payable.

These are the published prices for each pack, and the three packs above pay the flat amounts shown. A pack promoted on a share instead pays that share of its own price after any discount, so a discounted sale pays a little less.

The terms behind the money

Pending, then final

Your commission is recorded as pending on the day the referred artist pays for their first pack. A referral commission stays pending for 30 days and becomes final only when the referred purchase stands for the full 30 days. Once it is final it is money we owe you, and we pay it by hand.

No returns

Cards are not returnable, and a refund is only considered if an entire pack is defective. An entire pack means the whole run is unusable, not one card and not a few. A single card that will not scan or arrives damaged is a support fix, not a refund.

Agreed at purchase

The buyer accepts these terms at checkout, before paying. Every pack is sold on them.

04 / Your dashboard

What you see

Your dashboard shows what your links brought in, which artists ordered, and where each commission stands: pending, owed, or paid.

Card scans

Every scan of your cards. A scan is counted as a scan, never as a referral click, so your own fans scanning your card cannot bury the artists who come in through it.

Referral clicks

The taps that came from a link you shared: your short /r/ link or your share link.

Interested

The people your code brought as far as the shop or the designer, before any of them ordered.

Signups

The artists who carried your code into an order. Credit is decided when they pay and their first pack is complete, not at sign-up.

Earnings

Pending, owed and paid totals in dollars, with one entry for every completed first pack. A commission sits in pending for its first 30 days, moves to owed when it becomes final, and stays there until it is paid.

Your links

The share link, the short /r/ link, and the card-back link we print on your cards. Ready to test in a private window.

Your artist workspace and your loyalty dashboard show the same numbers: the same card scans, referral clicks, interest and signups, and the same money.

05 / Straight answers

The edges, stated plainly

Does it cost anything to join?

No. Joining is free, and no purchase is necessary to take part: there is no fee, no subscription and nothing to sign up for. Your cards carry the code from the moment they are printed.

How much is one commission?

A flat $10.00 for the QR Pack, $15.00 for the Metallic Pack, and $20.00 for the Boss Pack: each pack publishes its own rate. A pack promoted on a share instead pays that share of its own price after any discount.

Do I earn on every pack they buy?

One referred artist pays once, on their first completed pack order: every pack in that order that carries a rate earns its own commission, and any order after it pays nothing.

Do I have to switch anything on?

No. Your cards are part of the program from the moment we print them. There is no separate signup, and no code you need to add to a card, a page, or a link.

Does a scan change what my fans see?

No. They see exactly what they would have seen anyway: the same listen page, the same email gate, the same download. The scan is credited to you automatically, with no banner to dismiss and nothing for them to do.

What if a card never brings anyone in?

Nothing happens and nothing is owed. A code only pays when the artist it referred buys their first pack, so a card that never lands costs you nothing. On the buyer's side it is just as quiet: the cart shows whether a code is applied before they pay, and they can replace it or scan the card with their phone if it is not right.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are made by hand. A referral commission stays pending for 30 days and becomes final only when the referred purchase stands for the full 30 days. While it is pending the amount is not yet owed to you; once it is final it sits in your owed total until we make the transfer and mark it paid. Nothing is deposited automatically.

Can the referred artist return the pack for a refund?

Cards are not returnable, and a refund is only considered if an entire pack is defective. A defective pack means the whole run is unusable, not one card and not a few; a single card that will not scan or arrives damaged is a support fix. If a whole pack is refunded the commission it earned never becomes final and is not paid.

06 / Next step

Put your next pack to work

Order a pack, and every card in it is already part of the program. Each card you hand out carries a code that can pay you a commission the first time it brings in another artist.

Your cards are in the program from the moment we print them. There is no form on this page to fill in.
