The final privacy policy is still being written and will replace this text on this route. Until it is published, this page states what we store and who can see it, rather than describing every detail.
Fan emails and the artist who owns the card
A fan email may be shared with the artist who owns the claimed card. When a fan leaves an email through a card, it is added to the mailing list of the artist who owns that card, where that artist can read it and export it. It is not sold, and no other artist receives it.
What we store
When you design a card we keep the design and the files you upload. When you place an order we keep the order, the delivery details and the payment record Stripe hands us. When you sign in we keep the account details you sign in with.
Scan analytics are counts only and carry no fan emails.
