What a Slapp Pack is

A Slapp Pack is a run of printed cards made from the design you upload, each card carrying a QR code. A fan scans the code and lands on your music. Hosting, the gate and the download page come with the pack, and we print and ship it once you order.

Agreeing at checkout

Checkout asks the buyer to agree to the rules on this page before paying, and those rules apply to every Slapp Pack order. This draft is not the final wording: the finished policy will be published here.

Returns and refunds

Cards are not returnable, and a refund is only considered if an entire pack is defective.

If a whole pack arrives defective, contact support with the order number and we will look at the pack before deciding what to do.

Referral commission

A referral commission stays pending for 30 days and becomes final only when the referred purchase stands for the full 30 days.

If that purchase is refunded or voided inside the window, the commission does not qualify.
